The anime seems to be the prequel to the "Wolverine: Road of Bones" novel by David Mack. All in all, it looks like its gonna be a promising series telling another part of the saga that is Wolverines life... And the animation is definitely a good step away from the Nickelodeon type stuff... I think its definitely worth watching.

They definitely went at it from a completely different angle than the American versions of Wolverine, yet still kept his savage nature and his protective attitude to those he loves.
This, coupled with the Iron Man remake, seems to be a good step towards a new version of Wolverine.
