It's a good filler anime.

It has a decent story line, the fights are alright, not great, but alright. The characters, other than the four from Railgun(Misaka, Kuroko, Uiharu, and Saten), are lacking in depth. This could have been an epic Anime had they put in more character progression. Anyways, this is good to watch during the fillers in Bleach, One Piece, or Naruto, if you watch those. I was disappointed on how this anime ended, but give it a shot and see what you think.
