The most negative side about this anime was that it needed more action, the fights weren't enjoyable than the popular shonen anime.
Overall the art looks good and I find some episodes really well done!

The story is good because it is masterpiece rate and the animation is excellent,only a few anime has good story and animation like this,but the dialogue is a bit poor because the actor voice is unclear,example:Misaka Mikoto when she talking

It has a decent story line, the fights are alright, not great, but alright. The characters, other than the four from Railgun(Misaka, Kuroko, Uiharu, and Saten), are lacking in depth. This could have been an epic Anime had they put in more character progression. Anyways, this is good to watch during the fillers in Bleach, One Piece, or Naruto, if you watch those. I was disappointed on how this anime ended, but give it a shot and see what you think.

I'm concluding this anime together with season 1 exclude Railgun. It's kinda good but can bring you boringness if watched too long in a row.
Story 4/5 : The story only a guy who helped many people he wanted to. Nothing much. Introduction to other character isn't much, I want to say "NOT AT ALL" but I can't because it does have some. It's doesn't have any main story, just random events will take place. The foremost thing is, it is lacked of comedy, too much fighting and takes time to finish an event.

Dialogue 4/5 : It takes too much time to persuade an enemy or the one the main guy wanted to help. Also nonsense talk took place too much. At the end, his talk brings nothing (for an enemy) and just beating them the only way to clear things up.
Animation 5/5 : Good. The guy only fighting with barehand. Just like a delinquent
Enetertainment 4/5 : Beats me.

Not a good harem/comedy anime, just who likes magic or fiction science stuff, they can watch this. I know all my comments only described bad things but I can't give it bad because I like with while hating it XD ( show less)
