as per my review of Season one; Sengoku still has that nice but strong feel to it.
The Story is wonderfully continuious playing off the first season but at the same time advancing in some ways. It however unlike the first one, gets to the main villian.. however unlike the last season doesnt paint the historical character as evil, which is probably due to the land being better united behind him historically. Overall the story is still good and keeps you very well interested.
The Dialogue is impressive as the last one. It has veterin actors ( read more)

The Dialogue is impressive as the last one. It has veterin actors and its new characters are strong as well rounding out a epic cast with decisive strengths.
The animation is still solid. It shows great extreme fight colors and patterns but again losses some luster on sceans when they get just a tad lazy showing the clashes of main warriors at the big blow up scenes. However the drawing in the intense or the key emotional moments is done sharp and well, while everyone has there own unique flavor.
The Anime is well done and thrillingly entertaining. The only fact I find fairly odd is how some characters battle so much but few forces actually die. Though once again I was 75% the way through the 2nd season before I know it so that stands for itself. However the rewatchablity may shrink some.
If you liked the first season You will love this. If you havent watched the first one-but you love shonin heros and strong fighting anime, then id say watch the first then this one. ( show less)
