Initially, when i started the movie, i felt like calling it a night, and watch the next part the next morning.....
But being a Naruto Fan, I couldn't do so, and i was rewarded later :P because the second half of the movie was really really cool......

Initially, the first half was a bit boring,, where it really dint catch your attention as other Naruto movies did..... But, from the part where the box is taken out, the story picked up pace, and suddenly you find yourself so engrossed in it, that you'd forget to do anything important, just to watch that part :P

Anyway, the way Mui was portrayed was simply awesome, like first being shown as the Antogonist, and then suddenly in the end, he is the one who saves them.... His son and his son's friend... all of them make you wonder about a few things.... But at the end of the day, we always have Naruto to save all our guys :)
PS, jus on the lighter side, this is a movie where Sakura keeps crying when Naruto is dead :P Wish something of this sort wud happen to me :P :P :P :P

Anyway, on the whole, it's fine and i'd say.... Guys, give this a try.... But be patient until the momentum picks up !!!!!!!!!!! (show less)

Apart from the misleading Title, Blood Prison being the 5-6 Installment in the Movie Series Around Naruto Shippuden I will now Give A detailed Report on whether this is worth it or not.

If you haven't seen my reviews I cut things up into 4 Category's and then I explain What is good And works and What bothered me. (SPOILERS ONWARD)

Story&Dialogue:
Well The story Was interesting to say the Least. It was New, Naruto Starts off attacking the Raikage In his own personal Room. Failing in assassinating him He then leaves causing the Raikage to Contact Hidden Leaf which they Arrest Naruto. Naruto flips his Lid. Gets sent to a New prison Where Everyone Is put under a seal Where it heats up your body if your restrain your chakra...This Is the whole reason Naruto Doesn't just use his ninja skills to get out. LIKED: In All of the Fucking Naruto Movies they Introduce some new stupid Semi-helpless character that Narutos Probably Going to end up saving. though Blood Prison Takes A different Approach, Introduces an ANBU black ops girl who wants to assassinate the Leader Mui. She also doesn't get saved, She dies. Blood Prison Did a good job at not following normal Naruto standards with this one. DIDN'T LIKE: Alright....Heres a major plot hole...Naruto was by himself multiple times...And if he knew Natural Energy was on the outside he could Have Easily Just used it from the beginning....I found it very hard To enjoy Narutos Incarceration When he could Easily Just Use Sage mode to get out...Dialogue Was meh, Along with the New characters Naruto was true to himself but didn't have much Epic Moments. I also found Satori Unpleasant to look at and just unrealistic to The Naruto Universe it was...But i digress, The story was interesting and different but I wasn't too fond of the new Characters and the Naruto universe Characters Just didn't have enough time.

Animation:
Not a lot to complain about here...I enjoyed seeing More of Killer bees Fight scenes and Naruto In Safe Mode was pretty Cool. It just looked like Normal Naruto Episodes But Narutos Face and body did seem a bit small in certain Situations. LIKED: I liked The fact that They Showed Many different landscapes from the actual Universe. And the Animations were all Relevant to their respective Attacks Like Kaiten, And Rasen Shuriken DISLIKED: Why...was there only leaf shinobi there with vests....There were no other Vests....for any other village...Also....Satoris movements wer crap...and it just looked stupid and Disgusting and Frail.

Entertainment:
Well I liked it Besides the things i have already stated but Nothing is perfect So i always Have a problem with something. LIKED: Alright So naruto not using 4,000 shadow clones for everything was kinda Nice. I enjoyed his different Combat Range and Summoning Gamabunta was Awesome. DISLIKED: The new Characters And The Fact Naruto could escape easily with Sage Mode at any point ruined it for me.

Conclusion: Overall Its a different and Great movie and keeps you interested Until the end. But Just Interested, Its not a movie you really get into but it has its moments. If your a naruto Fan I'd say Go for it. If you Did not Like Any Of the Previous Naruto Movies....This ones Entertainment value isn't much higher then Them. (show less)

U dont have any right to talk down to someone else nor do i..we can say our own opinions... so eat shit and shut up ... if naruto was saved by his friends and all of them were there and wasnt much in it to call worthy then too bad..blame the people who made the movie and based the plot on it...

First things first....who the fuck wrote the preview?! The fucktard basically spoiled the entire plot by writting what happened in the entire movie in the bio (good thing I saw it first). Ok...besides that....movies are 90% better in animation than the actual series and I did like the concept behind this movie...but I felt they could have done more, they should have made the prison seem more like a prison or abuse the inmates or something? Cause have Naruto dance around like a monkey is not that bad of a thing to happen to him while in the blood prison. Anyways...I did like the dialouge because finally Naruto seems to act out of character (and for the better) he says things that he usually doesn't say which is a good sign of character growth. Issue with this was seriously...why the hell have all of Naruto's friends come to rescue him? Some of them didn't do shit or even talk. The third movie was able to pull something like that off, but having all of his friends come to the prison was unneeded. All in all, I would personally give this a movie a 3.75 out of 5. (show less)
