When I read the summary for this series, I immediately thought that this show was definitely not the kind of show I wanted to watch, not in my entire life time. But when it aired, I decided to give a chance, as I was bored and didn't have any other anime to watch, and I found myself addicted.
It wasn't the story, because the anime doesn't have an actual plot line, which can seem kinda frustrating. In that point of view, it's a lot like Gintama. It's all just gag and comedy right out of the sack. And it is delivered! I laughed so hard during all the comedy acts that I sometimes thought I was gonna pee in my pants. The comedy was smooth and went right in.
Also, you can't help but like the main characters. My personal favorite is definitely Futaba, but I like the others as well. Heck, you can't help but laugh at Yabe's innocent attempts on how to rule the class. I won't say I dislike her, but the eldest of the sister, Mitsuba, can get kinda annoying at times, and Hitoha's "scary faces" can get kinda old, but all in all, all characters are well placed and the seiyuus are just perfect!
So all in all a seriously good anime. If you like well-written comedy and triplets who kick ass, you must definitely watch this! (show less)

I really wonder how you should raise kids to make them turn out like the main characters of Mitsudomoe. They all have funny personalities, one's more original than the other but definitly good enough to make you laugh.

The story's good but it still just a school anime. It's the combination of the teacher, nurse and students wich makes the plot so good.

I don't think I've ever seen a series with more misunderstandings and it's hilarious.

The art is really fitting. Especially some effects. The opening's done quite good aswell.

Mitsudomoe is really enjoyable. It wouldn't be the first anime I'd recommend but I would eventually. Some of the running gags are just so good. (show less)

I have given this anime Good for the story and animation. This is because there isn't much of a story to this anime. Its just the day to day life of the triplets there is no thick plot. So I would not recommend this to someone who enjoys anime with a thick plot. The animation is not my preference but I would still recommend giving this anime a go regardless, because this is one of the funniest animes I have ever seen. The dialogue and entertainment gets excellent because this is a very entertaining anime. It dosen't have much action but it has plenty of comedy to counter that. It is definitely worth giving this anime a chance. (show less)
