Typical fun ecchi-romance comedy

For those of you who enjoy watching love-comedy with a bit of ecchi you might find Mayo Chiki enjoyable and entertaining. Basically it's about boy, Kinjiro, who happens to be "allergic" to girls accidentally found out that the school favourite guy/butler, Subaru, is actually a girl and with a bit of harassment from a conniving sadist mistress, Kanade, agreed to keep it a secret in exchange of getting help in curing his "gynophobia." Throw in a tsundere sister who enjoys pounding him every chance she gets, a girl who has a glass fetish and knack for boys love, a dad butler who has a daughter complex plus a gang of unruly mob and you got a recipe for a good comedy. However, compared to series like Working! and Maid-sama I find the series not so memorable in fact the only thing that really made me watch each episode is Kanade’s sadistic, devious and over the top schemes that makes you wonder if she really is trying to help Kinjiro or just like teasing him. Over-all the anime was quite enjoyable and entertaining to watch it just didn’t give me much impact as I have hope it would.
