This one kinda stood out despite it not having a ton of reviews and I decided to try it out- and IM so glad I did.

The Story isn't so strong, it has a good basis but is a bit quick on some things perhaps to fast, but despite this is a quite wonderful story and has awesome hilarity while keeping the story near real and fast paced you wont hardly ever get board on any second on this anime.

The Dialogue is wonderful it has probably twice the cast of excellent actors that most shows do, I recognized almost every voice. Additionally I found references to other shows just slightly and it was done in a clever way as to both amaze and make me laugh.

The Animation is tight. It never was lazy and more impressively it showed really fast and riveting fights without losing any of the Detail and I always knew what was going on. It may not stand as the best fighting ever however it really drew me in and made me excited the way some shows do but it still felt well grounded in a way that was totally super awesome but it felt more realistic that most fighting shows Ridiculous in concept but awesome in the payout.

The Entertainment is very excellent. The show is a great slice of life but doesn't leave the drama that one usually gets from the slice of life genre. Its quick paced and keeps you enthralled in it while delivering witty lines that make you just laugh hysterically. However without a doubt it has one quality I love above all- it was so warm that even through some of the hard parts I knew everything was okay it gave all the jokes a supper edge and made them so much funnier.

A must watch for both comedy and action fans. Its short as well so almost any one could watch it just 12 episodes. (show less)

Okay, when I first watched this show, I was really pulled into the fact that there would be a school that teaches kids how to fight and basically solve their problems by creating mock wars. But unfortunately most of the fighting for this series was in the first ep. Considering it was based of an eroge game you can't really expect much of a plot. But honestly, there wasn't even a plot.
Story:...classic Harem where the girls all try to get into the main dude's pants, anything new? Honestly after ep 2 the series got really boring until the last few eps where they started fighting again. I mean basically the whole point of the show asides from the ecchi is the fact they're pointing out Japan has its faults. They focuse too much on the whole Harem thing that any other characters that show up remain side characters. Really Yamato (main guy) is the only male with an actual plot role. Seriously! 80% of the characters that show up in the first ep don't show up again until the last ep! Its just stupid! How about showing less pointless humor and actually give these other characters some roles!
Dialogue:...well at least each girl has their own set personality. The only issue with this...is Yamato...obviously. He is such a moron. With all of these girls after him, he could care less! Even the point where they confess their love to him, he doesn't even want to choose! It just annoys me that he basically strings them along and doesn't even take into consideration how they feel. For god sake! Just pick a freaking girlfriend! Ironically...he's more interested in the girl who already turned him down twice (weird since he always calls her his big sister, something you shouldn't call your future sex partner). Honestly I kind of wanted this series to have a "School Days" ending, where the girls snaps and kill the dude after the guy said that he would rather do his Hermit Crabs than confess to any of them.
Animation: Okay, actually pretty damn good along with the battle animation. Though I have a feeling with the censoring they do, there's going to be an uncut version.
Entertainment: Truthfully I would say I was entertained by the humor. Its all perverted humor really, and I mean REALLY perverted. Honestly its more of a mature thing, like them having a school festival dedicated towards penis's and having the females eat penis shaped candy. Honestly you'll only enjoy this humor is you have a perverted mind.
So in short, this series is somewhat good, but its not to be taken seriously. They go over the top on everything, the battles, hell, even the love. Freaking Yamato has to go into this lengthy speech always to defend his perverted actions, examples are on his 3 minute speeches about "Penis Festivals" and "Why Japanese Women need to walk around naked"....ugh, I seriously had to fast forward because he was just carrying on the conversation too long. But there is one issue the series made...if you notice with the main antagonist, she lost both her arms and legs, and so she has to use robotic limbs. But in the final ep, she has her limbs back as if she never even lost them!

When i watched the first episode, i was alittle confused and bored! It's entertaining in some aspects, the special martial arts school (which been done many times before) and situational comedy, it's funny but not like direct said but rather done! Like when Yamato is goin look at his porn and finds out that all the girls faces have been replaced with pictures of Miyako; that's funny! Other that, no! I'm into romanctic comedy, so of course i find it very entertaining, me personally my fave is Yukie Mayuzumi! Also, i felt like the story was going no where till episode 7 or 8! Oh, as my final comment, yamato is stubborn, when u ask a girl out, you don't ask her again when she rejected u in the first try! (show less)

Now I know alot of people won't agree with this but I felt this anime to be a bit over the top. It's an ecchi/action/romance/comedy - a dangerous combination if I have ever seen one and a rather stupic concept as well. I had some hope for this since I enjoy romances but this one made me fear for my sanity. It's fun to watch but the only thing I ever enjoyed that is somewhat similar to this is samurai girls and at least there the harem style anime was not as exxagerated as this. I wouldn't advise you to watch this if you prefer straightforward, nicely constructed and unconfusing anime. It could have been better. (show less)
