This was my first yaoi anime. I started watching this because I heard that the seiyuu of Misaki is actually Yu Kanda in D. Gray-man! At first I couldn't get used to it, and even after watching 10 episodes it still kinda turns me on, just a little bit slightly x:

Looking from another point of view, the story plot is so good. Sometimes it's easy to differentiate the female in the couple. And because it's yaoi and not yuri, the boys are SO PURE. I mean, well, not physically, but in terms of their fiercely loyal love etc. I really like all the comedy too, some parts even made me tear up because it was touching. Well done, I'll definitely watch Season 2! ^^

This anime follows 3 love stories each one with different problems to overcome and when you start watching you can’t stop you just have to see more of the story. theres so much depth in the characters and the animation is just amazing if you like yaoi then you must watch this you can't be a fan without it.

And if you like this anime you just have to watch sekai-ichi hatsukoi which is written by the same person and the stories link in places.XD and i do love sekai-ichi even more than this one :3 (show less)

Im sure you can already tell by the reviews that many people like this anime it really is a good one. The character and story is very detailed too, they dont leave much of anything out of it!
the only question that ever came to mind are who were Misaki's friends before college (one of the main characters) and that isnt a big deal and doesnt effect the plot at all.
this anime does focus around a boyxboy or gay theme but if you dont give it a chance because of that your reall missing out, the reviews i read of the 'very poor' disgusted me, how could people say such things one of them didnt even read it, how is that a review? the best advice i can give is watch at least the first episode no matter your doubts and if you dont like it then dont watch it. but on the off chance that you dont like it dont hate on it simply because of its genre.
i didnt read the summary posted but this story has three stories that are all really great some are more detailed than the others but they alll make you fall in love with the characters and its hard to pick a favorite.
So before you judge the 'book by its cover' give it a chance and read the first chapter or in this case episode! (show less)

This is my first ever BL anime, and while I'm open to the genre after listening to a few drama cd's, I had decided it not to really be my thing. Out of curiosity, I started to watch this show because one of my favorite seiyuu (Sakurai Takahiro) voices the main characters. And what a surprise it was for me! The stories and interactions were very sweet, and they're just normal love stories really (disregarding it's between men). There were many moments where it was super cute and I couldn't help but squeal~

The animation was ok, I thought many of the characters looked similar. The hairstyle of Usagi really bugged me for some reason, and I couldn't tell Misaki and Hiroki apart at the beginning if I didn't hear their voices. But the story more than makes up for it! I'm so glad I picked this as my first BL anime. (show less)

Very cute, great yaoi anime! If you loved Gravitation, then more than likely you'll like this! Can't help but find Junjou Egoist (Hiro-san and Nowaki <3) amazingly cute and perfect for one another. And it's pretty interesting when Miyagi makes fun of Hiro-san a lot :P

It's really fun to have three different plot lines, and you'll find that they do intersect a little bit at some point. But they're all really cute couples! A little odd at times, but it wouldn't be fun without that.

Yaoi lovers MUST watch this, its sequel, and its spin-off! You'll love it for sure! (show less)
