conclusion: despite some repetitiveness, a slow start, and animation that truly isn't up to the mark anymore, this is one of the shounen worth the watch. well thought-out storyline, good adventure and action to it, and the charas with their stories and development are well incorporated. plus, there's not one unlikeable character, even the villains are well-done. up to all that, there's humour that'll leave you rolling on the floor. okay, i again prefer the manga, but i watched this years ago and remember it fondly -- and that there's a newer remake going on only makes it better.

I just finished HxH. I've got to say, it's way better then I had first thought. It's slow at the beginning but as the show progresses it gets waaaay better. Some parts are boring like all things, but other parts leave you at the edge of your seat. The story starts out with a young boy by the name of Gon Freecs. He sets out on a journey to find his father, who left when he was born to become a hunter. Gon starts with the hunter exam and goes onto bigger things. He makes great Friends throughout the series, and he meets a few enemy's as well. Hunter x Hunter does have action but it's mostly based off of adventure and suspense.

Story: In my eyes the storyline was excellent. It's well though out, and it's got a lot of great things involved. Don't let the beginning stop you, it's a bit slow. But... once you progress a little farther in you will get addicted. I guarantee you that. Well that is if your a Action, drama, adventure, comedy fan.

Dialogue: This is also an excellent in my opinion. The characters relationships are really nice. Theres moments when it will make you feel good and happy inside. But other times it will leave you hanging. I especially like the relationship between Gon and Killua.

Animation: Meh, it's good but it's not the best. It's like a lot of other anime. But the art style blends well with the story and Dialogue so it's no really a bad thing. If you're planning on watching this make sure to download from this site. HD, or high quality is the best choice for this anime. It'll just make it a bit more enjoyable.

Entertainment: It was really good overall. I liked it alot. It's got some repetitive stuff, and some slow scenes. But once you get past that the other 75% is all action and adventure. This anime doesn't really have that much action, but it has enough to add to the amazing adventuress storyline. Watch this if you liked Yu Yu Hakusho, they were made by the same person.

Overall this anime kept me entertained and happy. But I've got one complaint. For those who've yet to watch this anime, let me tell you. The ending might piss you off a bit. I think they should of had added a bit more to the anime. That's my wish, for the creator to add another arc. But anyway, that's my Hunter x Hunter review.
