Tsukushi Makino is a middle-class girl attending Eitoku Academy: a school dominated by the haughty progeny of wealthy families. While she doesn't fit in, she refuses to be looked down upon, especially by F4: a group of rich male upperclassmen who run the school by bullying. Despite Makino's stubborn personality, she winds up falling for a member of F4 and over the course of time develops new feelings and a better understanding of the actions of others. |

HYD is my all time favorite manga, i re-read it several times and loved it!! the anime honestly doesn't do the manga justice, it follows the manga story line a fair bit but does change it slightly with minor details and has a completely different ending.. Those who watch this I highly recommend reading the manga, its very long but worth the read.. Also there is a Japanese, Korean & Taiwanese live TV series also you can watch :D
The anime graphics music isn't the best either its kind of old school and the characters voices could be better.. Other than that has an awesome storyline
