This is the first anime ive ever watched, its what got me into it, i have nothing but good things to say about it. ive watched it dozens of times, never get tired of watching it, adapted from the manga, and a brillant mangaka, this anime has made me look at situations in an open minded way, teacher student relations type thing because i was in highschoool when i watched this, thoe i cant say i had this kind of relationship with any of my teachers but wow, it just full of life lessons. fun to watch and lots of comedy in it to which makes it halarious

Great teacher onizuka is one of the best series I have ever watched I recommend it for anyone who likes ecchi/comedy.

Story is brilliant
Dialogue is amazing
Animation is very good for that year

The story revolves around Ekichi Onizuka who is an ex - biker and most feared gangster.... :D... The entire anime is based on how a teacher can change students by adapting themselves into crazy situations like Onizuka does in this anime and gain the love of their students by risking their live for the sake of students... Nice and Hilarious and very interesting anime if I say tht...

i was give the anime by my friends i throught dat he was stupid and wick but i change my mind in 3 min i loved it and wanted 2 see more

i was told about this anime and at first i was not sure what to say until i watched it, my mind was blown with awesomeness, it's only downfall is the last handful of episodes are kinda useless

I remember when this show came out on VHS. We rented one to check it out, and then went right back to see how many more they had. The show itself is hilarious, plus Onizuka has to be one of the most loveable characters ever. He's awkward and stupid, but really doesn't care about what anyone thinks, and when he needs to be, can be the perfect person. I highly recommend watching this show, just keep in mind that I did watch it on VHS many years ago. The quality isn't spectacular.
