I'm surprised this doesn't have any reviews because this anime is really good in it's own right. I'll admit that the title might seem a little off, but once you get into the actual story then the title makes complete sense. The story is pretty straight forward: a native is helping a soldier out of necessity and that's probably the most I can give without giving away the actual plot. Some of the characters, especially later in the anime, get really quirky. But I appreciate that this anime seems to pull off quirky characters in a light-hearted fashion. ( read more)

This is not an anime suited for all ages, so I want to make sure people know that. There -is- a lot of character development happening and I can say I've laughed, cried, raged, and been highly confused about some stuff that's happened in the story. I still love it though; i highly recommend you watch this very under-rated anime. ( show less)
