The quality of this digital animation is stunning, the level of detail will blow you away. If you know the background the story is pretty good as well. Very pretty over all.

Sure, it has amazing animation(when it´s CGI how couldn´t it be?), but the actual story is not that out of the ordinary. Sure, it´s fun, has a lot of great action scenes, and some subtle things that are added in(back story of certain characters and the whole world in general) but don´t treat it like it is the anime equivalent of Citizen Kane, because it´s not. Don´t get me wrong, I love Final Fantasy, and this movie too, but giving it that much unbalanced praise is delusional.
