Summary: In the future, mankind faces a terrible dilemma: overpopulation! DNA Is a pretty funny anime

I would have to say that this anime is pretty funny. For being old I'd have to say this is pretty good. I have watched many anime's and I just felt like giving this a try and it's pretty good for how short it is. Granted it does get boring at some times, but all together it's rather interesting and funny.
