Its a whole new story for this new character. Yes the animation is better on the fighting. The new grade 4 looks confusing which is because the show does not really teach us how to use it. Its just telling the effects and powers but not how to use it so i can't really understand even if just reading the card. Other seasons so far have explain the cards but not in this one so its disappointing.
