During a summer camp, 15 children, 8 males and 7 females, find a grotto by the sea. Deep within they discover working computers and some electronic equipment, and later the owner, a man called Kokopelli. Kokopelli claimed to be a programmer working on a brand new game, in which a large robot has to defend the Earth against fifteen alien invasions. He persuades the children to test the game and sign a contract. All but one of them signs, barely a moment later they mysteriously awaken on the shore believing what happened was just a dream. |

The major plot is mental dilemm about what will you do for the the sake of mankind and how would you spend you last day on earth. The only thing that could be better was character animation, and music in some moments was boring, but everything else (specially the characters and theirs dialoges) was excellent. ( show less)

The story tell us the life of 15 children, when faced with the unthinkable reality of being the "saviours of Earth". By winning each battle against the enemy they postpone the destruction of Earth. However, after some time they realize that "no good deed goes unpunished"...and they start to crumble towards the pression and the iminent future that is ahead of them. Knowing that they're doom whatever the path they took, we can see the pure and raw human nature.
This anime is a piece of art, where we can see the true human emotions and actions, without embellishing the scenery. It is what it is...no heroes or villains, just a bunch of kids with nothing to win, fighting for what they think is right.
Truly a TOP 10 ANIME...must watch it! ;) ( show less)
