That´s basically how you could describe this OVA series. I think the show was a bit too short, could have used a couple more episodes. Also the story lacked a lot of focus, and was all around weak in general. I also thought that a lot of the jokes they wanted to be funnier than they actually were. The only reason I´m giving this an average and not a poor is that I symphatized and felt sorry for the main character how completely misunderstood he was. Oh, and I´m so sick of that cliche 90´s animation style. Some animes can pull it off. This one however, could not.
