The heroine, Tsukiko, enrolled to a school that was recently changed from all-boys school to co-ed. Since the area where the school is conveniently rural and the rather exclusive curriculums the school has, up until now the heroine is the only one female who enrolled to the school.
In Starry Sky, the 12 constellations of the Zodiac are personified into handsome young men. The anime will be directed by Kiyomo Sayaka who worked with Vampire Knight. Similar to Hetalia - Axis Powers, Starry Sky's anime will be distributed through the Animate.tv website and other means.

Starry Sky is a wonderful anime. Its is a heartwarming anime. Which unlike recent harems (that I've watched) has nothing echi.
The episode are at a length of 11-13 minutes long. For anyone wondering the difference between the (TV) and the (ONA) they are the same just that the (ONA) was the re-released version where the episodes were 22-24 minutes long. Basically just two episode put together into a full length episode.
There is not much of a storyline. Every second episode focuses on a different character. This being a harem it focuses on a different boy each time about their past and how they came to know the original main character (in some case how they came to love her).
This however doesn't mean its in any way a bad anime. The colour and animation is beautifully done. The soundtrack suits the anime and comes in subtly so that you almost don't notice when it comes and goes. Also not to mention it has the voice actors Daisuke Ono and Hiroshi Kamiya (fan girl moment XD).
This anime is something I'd recommend to anyone looking for romance however if you want a solid storyline then this is not for you. Its a good anime for those who have very little time to watch full length episodes (these being "half" episodes). A beautiful anime for rainy days with its easygoing pace and lighthearted mannerism.
