I have yet to see a good anime in English dub I hate English dub, so if the language is on English diwnload vlc and play the episode right click navigate to video and select subtitle track here puck eng now navigate to audio in the same fashion but select jap or the one with symbols, right now enjoy one if the weirdest but completely interesting anine around, if thus didnt work go and search for an anime called air they made a mistake cause the soul eater series was uploaded with it, anyway its very different and unique as ridiculous the starting may look you wil enjoy,
