Short review for those that hate words: Great anime, it has a bit of a creepy humor to it, but i guess that creepy humor is what made me love this anime so much. It's groundbreaking in the fact that all aspects of the anime is preformed flawlessly, and i really dont say that, ever.

I LOVE CHIZURU!
The bad is that the singer for the starting theme has the most annoying voice in the world.
Long review:
I found this anime really enticing, one of the very very very few anime that i could say that i enjoy watching. It has no flaws, and far superior in execution. Now days i seem to roll my eyes back when i see something really annoying, or cliche in a anime that was just poorly designed or executed. But it doesn't exist in this anime because it is very very good, and i forgot the last time i said a anime was good.
The thing I like about this anime and the genre it represents, is that it is indeed based on short skits, while some argue that it can damage the story of the anime, I think it is what made me like this anime so much. Instead of the director dragging on the story line with useless flash backs or sobby moments, it is able to deliver the story quick, precise, and in a more powerful way with less regard to the length of the anime. It tells what it need to tell, then it moves on.
There was a point where i was very impress with the anime, it's hard to describe without revealing the plot, but the director was able to string together a non original concept, and made it fresh and new while adding a bit of a twist to it. It was a pretty advance technique that i didn't think this anime was capable of but it preformed it flawlessly.
In terms of story, dialogue, and animation, it had me just drooling over how well done the anime is. You can tell the director/story guy is very skill at what he does.
