I was recomended this anime and its quite the fun action anime.

Its loosely based on historical Sengoku area however it adds in shonin hero characters yet potrays a mix of sides types and characters that keeps things fun and flowing without becoming clunky. The story is entertaining... the most amasing thing about this anime is although it doesnt feel epic I was already through with season one.. watching season 2 before I knew it. It is entertaining and just fun to watch.

The Dialogue really shines through on this one. With veterine and hard core voice actors from many series they play a vast array of characters and ideas. I find it amasing they can both potray interesting characters and still hit several historical notes of each real historical character. Each actor does an amasing job of really letting you feel the characters sharply.

The Animation is fairly shifty however, Its characters and settings are drawn amasingly well and its attention to detail is sharp. Its batttles can be well drawn and firm, however sometimes in the epic shonin moments it reflects a slopy more DBZ references. Its a hugh back set however doesnt really afect the overall experience due to the detail they pay through out the show. I also like how it doesnt loose focus in joke moments either.

The entertainment is wonderful. Its strong and you will be zipping through the episodes not board at all and I found for myself, an eagerness to find about the real characters behind the anime- In that its just epic. I feel rewatching value will lose a little of suprize but I could watch this anime several times without getting remotly board. Its an overall solid anime with nothing really objectionable in.

I recomend to anyone who likes to pick up a solid show and or loves action stories.
