Now I'm going to say this first, the censored version is terrible so if you have a problem with heavy amounts of eechi this is not the anime for you! Really you may as well not even watch it unless its uncensored because otherwise you are going to be confused out of your mind half the time.
The animation is smooth and flows well, the sound track is down right amazing I find myself randomly humming the opening and ending credits themes all the time cause they are just so damn catchy. (haven't figured out what that bathtub is all about though... hrm) The eechi content is incredibly funny at times. The world concept is interesting and the use of actual elements is fun for the little chemist in all of us. Religious themes in this are actually pretty clever right down to the use of "Soma" as a power source, unorthodox and a bit silly true but that's part of the fun of Seikon no Qwaser.
Also though it should be obvious, this anime is NOT for kids not by any means oh no no no...
