Sakamichi no Apollon is a really good anime to watch. It's the type that you'd want to marathon the entire thing in one go with an ice cream in hand. I found myself laughing, crying and worrying with the characters. It's not too fancy, just the basics. The simplicity of this anime is what makes it good.
