DEFINITELY BETTER THAN BLEACH.
Now let me tell you why, apart from that other fool that does not give a reason.
One Piece characters have so much character! All of the characters are multi-dimensional. The story keeps getting better and better. The story evolves to something more than a kid who wants to be the Pirate King. The plot has stayed the same since the first episode. The fillers are not that bad. You will grow to love the characters, as they are developed throughout the story.
The fighing is amazing and I love how the build up to an epic fight is played out. We all know that Bleach sucks balls right now, it has no idea where it's headed. So boring. Watch something different, not your typical big ass anime eyes and swords.
