Before he was executed, the legendary Pirate King Gold Roger revealed that he had hidden the treasure One Piece somewhere in the Grand Line. Now, many pirates are off looking for this legendary treasure to claim the title Pirate King. One pirate, Monkey D. Luffy, is a boy who had eaten the Devil's Fruit and gained rubber powers. Now he and his crew are off to find One Piece, while battling enemies and making new friends along the way. |

When I first seen this on toonami, I didn't think much of it. It was ard but the one thing that turned me away from it the most was the goofy characters. Almost ever character in this show looks weird or funny looking, but they had some cool characters to. After awhile they took it off toonami so I really didn't care about it anymore. I remember where they stoped at to, it was sky island.
Like ten years later I thought I would give One Piece another chance, and I'm glad I did. I guess this show just had to grow on me. Trust me you should really give this show a shot especially if you like DBZ, Naruto, and Bleach.
You should skip fillers though cause this show is really long, unless you like fillers.
