Jing may appear to be a young boy, but his remarkable skills make him one of the most feared thieves on the planet. Along with his feathered partner Kir, Jing travels from town to town, stealing anything of value regardless of the amount of security. But when he's in a pinch, he has one more trick up his sleeve: Kir bonds with Jing's right arm to perform the effectively deadly "Kir Royale" attack. And because of all this, Jing is infamously known by many as the "King of Bandits."

i found this anime to be quite good. the overall story don't come together that well. there was no red line trough the episodes. it was basically stand alone episodes. but each of the episodes by them self was entertaining. but there was no connection trough this anime.
the dialogue where not to good. there was no story to be had or no suspension made by the dialogues. but the humor in this anime was what makes it what it is. i did laugh a few times.. and smirked a lot, but with out the story. its only cheep laughs.
animation on king off bandits where quite well.. although i wold like to have seen more moves in the battle scenes.. the details on the characters as well as the world around them are well drawn. and was pleasing to watch. but the fighting scenes where quite boring. since there was so few moves don by the characters
i wouldn't recommend this anime, if u want a anime with a story to be told, and likes to have things in order. and flashy fighting scenes
