If you like this show you are a retard

This is simply bad.
The premise might seem good, however that's since all zombie apocalyptic events have a great premise. However this show does nothing with it.
I really enjoy a good zombie story as much as anyone, in fact I really enjoyed 28 days later, bought and played a ton of Left 4 Dead (Fuck left4dead 2) and read The Walking Dead every issue.
So I should be this shows target audience as I also read manga and have watched some anime in my time.
I hate this show
The animation is great, the character design is typical but good enough, however as far as this show having a story or compelling characters, NO.

The characters convictions are just a mess, the hero sees a zombie attack a teacher, the teacher becomes a zombie and kills another teacher, so what does he do?
He runs to his class and tells a girl he loves that they need to leave now.
He does not even warn the other students, hell he doesn't even tell the girls boyfriend to come along also.
Heres the thing about this, the girls boyfriend, is his best friend, which you don't find out till said boyfriend dies later on even though he came along.
So hes trying to drag the girl out of class because he believes she is in danger, so should danger not also apply to the entire class who he leaves to die.
This is just a small example of how poorly written this show is.

Now if you can get past this kind of retardation on the writers behalf you might say to yourself well hey "I love zombies so I don't care, show me some zombies"
The zombies are fucking retarded too.
Apparently if you don't make any sound the zombies will leave you alone, this is established in the 3nd episode.
So wheres the danger?
Fuck all one has to do is be quite and tip toe around = no threat from the zombies.
That is just stupid.
There is a scene where the characters are escaping the school so they are walking out of the school quietly and no zombies are attacking them, however a single guy at the back of the group knocks something over and makes a loud sound so the zombies descend on him. What does the rest of the group do? start running and screaming which makes all the zombies go after them.
Hell okay consider that lesson learned, however since the zombies wont attack if your quiet then wheres the danger? where is the ever present threat of being devoured alive?
This show relies heavily on showing girls panties, and not in the sense of a character bending over, they just pan shots along a girls body for no reason at all. Two characters will be talking and they start zooming in on the girl as if the camera was operated by a 12 year old boy.

If you want zombies go read the walking dead, it is a comic book that is amazing, its on issue 74, its all written by the same guy, so none of that stupid new author every 6 months that american comics suffer from.
