Hetalia!

The series is filled with with comedy and is really random. I say it's random because the first episode was pretty confusing and everything as it's about the gathering of countries and such, but later on it gets more interesting and entertaining. Some history is incorporated into the anime as well but represented in a more comedic way, overall it's a very good and entertaining anime. I recommend it for all people especially to anime fans that like comedy, each episode only goes for about 5 minutes which is good for the occasional break after studying.
