this is such an amazing samurai show. based on real events, so in a way, it's like you're also studying japanese history. why can't we make an anime of all history so that it'd be much more entertaining while learning?

anyways, the characters are such bishounen, but they're definitely just not eye candies. they all have their own identities and are firm to what they believe in. there wasn't any irritating or useless character for me. it's also good that the story is solid and no episode was wasted. i believe it has all what you'd need--adventure, some drama and romance, entertainment and history.

the ending also made me appreciate and understand the title of the series more.
