I really enjoyed this anime, despite the fact that it does not provide you with closure at the end. You keep expecting something to happen, but it just ends somewhat abruptly. However, it's one of the coolest anime series I've seen.
What I love most are the characters because none of them are archetypal. The leading lady is spunky and funny, if at times clumsy and awkward instead of the typical loud and obnoxious high school girl you usually see in anime series; the hero is mean and cranky yet mysterious and attractive instead of the widely popular 'playboy' type you usually get, and the supporting characters all have their quirks and their own personalities.
All in all, it’s a very cool series. Though not as scary as the more faint-hearted viewers make it out to be, it does have that creepy element and may give you goose bumps if you’re not careful!
