Unless you are a die, die die hard FF7 fan, I don't think that anyone would particularly want to watch this, as it would make no sense whatsoever to anyone who hasn't already played FF7 or FF7 Crisis Core.
For those who HAVE played Crisis Core, this fills the gap between after the fight with Genesis and esentially Zack's final battle.
Even as a fan, I found this watchable, but even I could have lived quite happily not knowing these extras.
But it was a vaguely interesting watch all the same. You get to see more of the Turks side of things.
