even though it goes by a mission to mission episode structure it is captivating and somehow manages to explain all you need to know over time giving it a sort of wonder as to what they exist and have their powers and why this is happening instead of explaining it right-out. As well it as a underlying storyline that unfolds and is revealed as you go along.
great chreacters that you start to connect with is another bonus.
lastly just to state this the first season is much better than the second. Where the second has worse characters and a way out-there explanation as to why all this happened. also it just gets annoying watching that girl summon the HUGE sniper-rifle over and over again.
