Despite not having watched Blood+ and being utterly dumbfounded as to what the backstory was during this series it was great. I was really invested in the characters and the way that was played upon was brilliant.
The animation, especially in the fight scenes, was great and although the dialouge got a bit boring at some stages, I really recommend sticking with it because the plot was amazing.
Looking forward to the movie and seeing Blood+
