Why do all the anime of late HATE Americans?

I'm a fan of the 1st and 2nd seasons and I enjoyed the gun play and the plot lines, but this one story arc seems to be centered on the current Anti-American trend that is all the rage now. Maybe, it is fiction; but the hate is VERY REAL, I hope I'm wrong. I would hate to see this series banned in the U.S.
