This was a decent anime. The main problem I had was that the story wasn't there. It would have been better if this had been a series where they could develop the plot over 13-26 episodes. As a single episode OVA it made no sense. There was no explanation as to how or why a man who is supposedly related to 20 female siblings wasn't raised with them or how they started living together. There was no character development because the story was to short to allow for any. The dialogue was average at best and tended to remind me of a Sister Princess knock-off how the sisters kept referring to "onii-chan" by different terms of endearment.
It seemed like the animators were trying to fit as much fan service and as little plot as they could into the episode. If you like fan service than this is a good watch for you, but if you like stories with substance than stay away from this lump of coal.
