Summary: 26 years ago, in a third-year classroom of a middle school, there was a student named Misaki. As an honors student who was also good at sports, the charming girl was popular with her classmates. When she suddenly died, her classmates decided to carry on as if she was still alive until graduation. Then, in the spring of 1998, a boy named Sakakibara Kouichi transfers to that classroom, and he grows suspicious of the fearful atmosphere in that classroom. In particular, there is a beautiful, aloof girl named Misaki Mei who wears an eyepatch and is always alone drawing pictures.Drawn to her mysterious aura, Kouichi tries to touch her, only to discover that the mystery goes deeper than he ever thought.

Before watching this please do not watch episode 00 until at least episode 7 or until you have finished the series. the 1st half of the series was amazing with posing a question of who a girl who the main boy notices but nobody else seems to see her, that was the good part of the series. Then the 2nd half kicks in where they are trying to solve a the class mystery, this is where the story fell away a wee bit, with all the characters becoming more crazy. It was an enjoyable series but the 2nd half wasnt as enjoyable as the 1st half. Now episode 00 starts before the 1st episode but if you watch it first you probly wont see the point in the first couple of episodes. 9/10 for me anyway. enjoy
