Although I am "reviewing" this anime before it's actually complete, it's worth mentioning early how good it is.
The anime is all about three high school girls, how they interact with each other and mostly about their everyday lives. (A great example of comedy/Slice of Life)
Personally, I cannot find much wrong with this anime. Other than the fact that the episodes are 4 minutes long, including the intro and outro. Yes, 4 minutes. Each episode is very short, but even still, what each episode delivers is very well put together, simple, and straight to the point.
It's funny, in a "warm" sort of way. Best way to describe it is to say that each episode leaves me with a "happy" feeling. All the characters are enjoyable to watch, and there are no parts that are boring, or that feel unnecessary.
It's worth watching. It's short, so it won't exactly waste anyone's time to give it a try. :)
