11 Eyes starts of a little slow. I wasn't really sure if I should watch it till the end, but since it only has 12 episodes I decided to go with it. Could that had been a big mistake...
The character development is, at the least, unusual. It's really not what you expect in an anime of this kind. But that's what makes it so interesting: it's totally different from what you think you're gonna get. The animation is excellent as well, very nice work in that field.
If I was asked, I would highly recommend it. I watched the last couple of episodes all at once, I just couldn't stop. Enjoy it.
